Lt. Colonel (US Army, Ret.) Jeffrey Addicott, J.D., LL.M., S.J.D., is Professor of Law and Director of the Warrior Defense Project
at St. Mary’s School of Law. He spent 20 years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and
five years as a senior legal adviser to the U.S. Army Special Forces.

Robert E.L. “Bobby” Krick has lived or worked on Civil War battlefields almost continuously since 1972. He grew up on the Chancellorsville Battlefield near Fredericksburg and graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg with a degree in history. He has worked in various historical capacities at several battlefields, including Little Big Horn Battlefield National Monument in Montana and Manassas National Battlefield Park. In 1991, he became a historian at Richmond National Battlefield Park. Krick is widely published on Civil War topics. His first book, The Fortieth Virginia Infantry, was a unit history, and in 2003, the University of North Carolina Press published Staff Officers in Gray, a biographical register of the Army of Northern Virginia’s staff officers.
Jonathan White was born in Roanoke, Virginia. He spent 25 years in the US Army, mostly in Special Forces. He earned his PhD at the University of Alabama in 2017, studying under George Rable. He has taught at Virginia Tech, Radford University, Liberty University, and VMI. He currently lives in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Mr. Potter has taught history in high schools and colleges, has led many tours of American and European historical sites and brings to each event a wealth of experience and knowledge. An experienced researcher and writer, Mr. Potter possesses a practical knowledge of antiquarian books, documents, and artifacts and has published several short books and has penned many articles and book reviews for publication. Bill has earned a well-deserved reputation as a man gifted in communicating the story of God’s providential hand in American history.
